Extraction & Foundation: If the damaged tooth is still present, we perform a gentle extraction. At this stage, we may perform a Bone Graft (determined on a case-by-case basis) to ensure there is a strong, dense foundation to support the future implant.

Digital Planning & 3D Guided Surgery: Before the implant is placed, we use a CBCT (3D X-ray) in tandem with an intra-oral digital scan to create a 3D map of your jaw. This allows us to digitally plan the exact position, angle, and depth of the implant, avoiding vital structures like nerves or sinuses. We then use our in-house 3D printer to create a custom Surgical Guide. This guide ensures the implant is placed with 100% accuracy in the best position possible for long-term health.
